One of my last messages, I am afraid, as I am starting to get ready for packing L

Anyway, we were 11 of us enjoying a new game we called “Staying alive”!

Each of us got a flag with our name before starting. Then we played a normal Stableford format, but we were allowed to a certain number of shots (72 + ¾ handicap, i.e. 72 + 27 = 99 for a 36 handicap).

After hitting our last shot, we had to put our own flag on the fairway where the shot had landed.

The winner was the one whose flag was closer to the restaurant!

We just noticed 2 things : As we have to count every single shot, it’s very long and then being 4 players in a lot made it very slow ( 5 hours for one group), so next time we should keep slots of 3.

Next time we want to make sure every flag is on the course, so better to take 2/3 of the handicap rather than 3/4 !
