Pebbles results for Dec 7, 2010

13 of us were ready to play this morning at Boulder Hills.

We started giving Jay and Nandini some souvenirs as they are going to leave us soon. Too sad…

Thanks to Sridevi and Veronique for organizing nice presents.

Today, we welcomed Prya and Rachel who joined the Pebbles for the first time this year. Prya is usually busy on Tuesdays, and Rachel lives far from Hyderabad, but please be sure you will always be welcome to play with us!

The weather was a bit strange, not usual in Hyderabad, and some of us kept their jumper up to the end!!!

Pebbles results for November 30, 2010

Today was a 4 clubs tournament, meaning we were just allowed to use 4 clubs, including a putter.

Unfortunately, we were not only short of clubs but also of participants, as only 7 players were present today. And we were just 5 to celebrate the winner victory L…

Some of us played very well though, congratulations!

We didn’t have any clinic as Indrani couldn’t join us either, so let’s go directly to the results :

Pebbles results for Nov 23, 2010

Today was a funny tournament, that we made especially for Jay and Nandini who are going to leave India shortly.

We played a scramble game, with 2 teams of 4 players and 2 teams of 3.

We had some tricks on almost half of the holes (you can know more about it if you look at the page about games here above.

Congratulations to the first team, but you know …we all wanted to be nice with Jay and Nandini, that’s why we decided to let them win :)

We had a great round of golf, which was quite long despite the fact we only played 16 holes. Actually, the game Bingo-bango-bongo is slower than usual as you need to play exactly at your turn. We had two groups of 4 and one group of 3 ladies…

-       The closest to the pin on number 3 was Sridevi – she won one ball

-       The winner in Bongo-Bango-Bongo was Nandini with 20 points – she won 3 balls

-       We had 2 runners up with 19 points, Sook Hyang and Pascale – they won 2 balls each
